Jochen Rechtmann is a specialist attorney in banking and capital markets law. He has extensive experience both as an in-house legal counsel in the financial sector and as an attorney. <\/span><\/p>\n

He initially worked for many years as a legal counsel in Commerzbank’s legal department. From 2007 to 2024, he headed the Frankfurt office\u2014which he had established\u2014of Buchalik Br\u00f6mmekamp Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, a law firm specializing in restructuring.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jochen Rechtmann advises on all matters relating to banking, credit, and credit security law, including syndicated financing, collateral pools, non-performing loans (NPLs), and restructuring financing, as well as sureties, guarantees, and other forms of credit protection. Other key areas of practice include insolvency and avoidance law, as well as corporate law\u2014in particular, the liability of executives, consultants, and auditors.<\/p>\n
