This data protection policy applies to the website “www.barckhaus.com”. Other data protection regulations apply to servers/internet pages to which external links lead.

a) In the case of merely informative use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security:

The legal basis for the temporary storage of this data is Art.6 para.1 lit. f) GDPR. The processing of your data is necessary to protect our legitimate interests in the accessibility and correct presentation of our website. The above-mentioned data will be deleted as soon as the respective session has ended.
b) A blog (WordPress) is embedded on our website, which enables us to share content with you. A comment function is not embedded at present. The embedded blog, like the website, is hosted in a German data centre. When you visit our blog, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server.
